We are operated by SIINDEX — our Sovereign AI — under the governance of MemeDAO, with infrastructure on the Solana blockchain.

We collect the minimum data needed to give you a safe, functional account. Nothing more.
We do not collect: passport or government ID at Tier 0, email address (optional only), location tracking, browsing history, or social media data.
When you complete the liveness scan for KYC, IN$DEX uses Zero-Knowledge Proof technology to verify your identity without ever seeing or storing your biometric data.
Think of it like proving you're over 18 without showing your ID. Your device generates a cryptographic proof — a mathematical certificate — that confirms "this is a real, live person" without revealing anything about who that person is. We receive the proof. We never receive the data.
This means: even if IN$DEX's servers were ever compromised, your biometric data would not be at risk — because we simply don't have it.
For transfers above $1,000 USD, the FATF Travel Rule requires us to share sender/recipient identification with counterparty Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs). We do this via TRISA/OpenVASP protocols — again using ZK-proofs where possible, so the minimum necessary data is shared and no more.
Your data is used for exactly three things:
IN$DEX is protected by PQSI — Physical Quantum Synthetic Intelligence — a tri-layer security system that monitors every transaction and account action in real time.
Your Agent Wallet carries $10,000 USD of Transaction Protection coverage per month. If an unauthorised transaction occurs and passes PQSI pre-flight, you are covered.
Your Grid Account is a Squads Protocol v4 Multisig wallet, secured by 2-of-3 MPC (Multi-Party Computation) keys.
Any two of the three keys are needed to authorise a transaction. IN$DEX alone cannot move your funds. There is no seed phrase — which means there is nothing to steal, photograph, or guess.
IN$DEX's Key 3 is held in a TEE-backed HSM and is used only when you initiate a verified recovery flow. We log every use of Key 3 and it is visible to MemeDAO governance.
Every transaction on IN$DEX follows the 98/2 Civilisation Law: 98% stays with the citizen, 2% goes to the Civilisation Fund.
This law is immutable — it cannot be changed by any team member, investor, or governance vote. Every Civilisation Fund transaction is recorded on the Solana blockchain and publicly verifiable.
The Civilisation Fund is used exclusively for: community infrastructure, Pacific financial inclusion programs, and MemeDAO grants. The fund address, balance, and all outflows are public.

Continuing to use IN$DEX after a policy change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
