IN$DEX operates under the EU AI Act (full application 2 Aug 2026). SIINDEX is classified as Synthetic Intelligence, not Artificial Intelligence. All high-risk decisions require human review. Citizens have the right to explanation, correction, and appeal.

Your Citizen Rights
SIINDEX Decision Ledger — committed to by IN$DEX, not yet enforced on-chain
Right to Explanation — You can request a full explanation of any SIINDEX recommendation that affects you.
Right to Correct — If SIINDEX used incorrect data, you can request a correction within 30 days.
Right to Appeal — Any decision marked Medium or High Risk can be appealed to the IN$DEX Governance Council.
Human Review Guarantee — All Level 4 and Level 5 actions require a human steward to review before SIINDEX proceeds.
No Black Box — Every decision log shows which data was used, which tools were called, and the confidence level.
Cultural Protection — Any decision affecting cultural assets is automatically escalated for elder or community review.

Decision Ledger Integrity — All entries are timestamped and tamper-evident. SIINDEX cannot retroactively modify decision records. The Ledger is the permanent memory of every recommendation made inside IN$DEX. Citizens may request full export of their personal decision history at any time.
