This page describes how IN$DEX is designed to work. It is not live yet. IN$DEX has not launched. No citizen has onboarded, no transaction has been sent, no yield has been paid and no cover is in force. Everything below is the intended product, built and tested but not yet operating. Where something is already real — the INDX token exists on Solana with its supply fixed and mint authority burned — it is named as such. Launch is planned for 24 January 2027.

What countries can I send money to? +
At launch (24 January 2027), IN$DEX supports 180+ countries. Pacific Island corridors are the initial focus: Fiji, PNG, Samoa, Cook Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands. Expansion to South-East Asia and beyond follows in Wave 2.
What does 98/2 mean in practice? +
On every transaction, 98% of the transaction value goes to the recipient and 2% goes to the Civilisation Fund which builds schools, clean water, and infrastructure in Pacific communities. So if you send 100 INDX, the recipient gets 98 INDX. That 2 INDX funds real-world good. This split is a permanent commitment. It is not yet enforced by deployed smart-contract code, so it should not be described as immutable on-chain law until that code is independently verified.
What does it cost to send money on IN$DEX? +
The Civilisation Law requires 2% to the fund on all transactions. There is no additional platform fee on top. Solana network fees are less than $0.001 per transaction. Compare this to Western Union averaging 9% and banks charging $25–$50 flat fees plus a foreign exchange spread.
What if I don't have a smartphone? +
IN$DEX is designed for any smartphone made in the last 5 years. Android and iOS supported. A basic Android phone with an internet connection is enough — no camera needed, since Tier 0 asks only for a phone number. A full native mobile app is coming post-launch. For now, the web app works on any mobile browser.
Is IN$DEX a real legal entity? +
No. IN$DEX is establishing as a Cook Islands entity — the intended long-term legal home. Registration is not yet filed, and no Swiss, Wyoming or other legal wrapper exists. Until it is filed, IN$DEX is not an incorporated company. Earlier copy claiming a Swiss Verein and Wyoming DAO LLC was inaccurate and has been withdrawn. The Cook Islands was chosen because it is where this project belongs and where its citizens are. Registration is in progress; there is no compliance documentation to publish yet.
Can I earn INDX by creating content? +
Not yet — Sovereign Social is built but not live, so nothing has been earned or minted. When it launches, the design is that you earn INDX three ways: SovToken tips from viewers (Wave 1 INDX through Elder 200 INDX), view rewards paid per thousand views, and subscriptions from your audience. The platform takes 0%. 98% of all earnings goes directly to you. The design is that every piece of content also auto-mints as an NFT on Solana, earning 10% royalties on every resale. Nothing is minted on-chain today.
What is Data Sovereignty and how does it earn INDX? +
Data Sovereignty means your personal data belongs to you, not to platforms or corporations. The design: a Data Vault where you control which companies can access your data and for how much, with payment going to you in INDX rather than the platform, instant revocation via the Data Consent Ledger, and a ZK-proof Data Breach Claim if a company ever leaks it. None of this is live — no data has been sold, no royalty paid and no claim filed.
